This refers to the proposed construction of DENR Building located in Tagum City, Davao Del Norte
which was included in the 2024 National Expenditure Program (NEP) of DPWH.

The ERDB Main office has been depleted with information as to the project since 1.) the first
proposal dated____________ has been declined, yielding the ERDB to cease on initiating the project;
and 2). The proposed project was initially 7 million pesos which was considerably lower than the
approved project amounting to 50 million pesos.

Relative thereto, we would like to inquire about the details of the project with the prayer to
furnish the office with the documents that has been executed/signed in relation to this project and to
temporarily cease on constructing the building in Tagum City until such time that the documents and
dialogue between DPWH and ERDB has been settled.

Enclosed with this letter is the Completed Staff Work and such other documents relative to this
project.
