1. GATE RULE
• A student, once inside the campus may be
allowed to go out of the gate when:

• Dismissal time
• Classes are suspended by principal or higher
authorities due to abnormal contingency.

following reasons:
• (1)he/ she is ill;
• (2)there is a domestic emergency or strong reason to leave
the school which is stated in a written letter of the parent or
guardian, who should be:

offenses
1. Academic-Related Offenses ;
a. Cheating in examinations, quizzes, tests, written reports,
such as:

i.) possession of notes or cheating


materials in an examination, used
or not ;
ii.) copying or looking at a neighbour's
test paper;
iii.) having somebody else take the
examination (both parties are
liable)
iv.) unauthorized talking during
examinations.
v.) copied reports, term papers, item
analyses, or reaction papers of
another student ;
b.) deliberate disruption of an
academic exercise or school activity.
c.) forging or falsifying, tampering or
destroying academic or official
records or document, including
items in this Manual
2. Breach of Discipline/Disruption of
Peace and Order.
a.) Carrying or possession of firearm, deadly
weapon, and/or explosive within the premises of the
Academy.
b.) Brawls or fighting in the school premises* or in
school activities outside the campus.
c.) Inflicting physical injuries on others within the
school premises
d.) Illegal possession or use of prohibited drugs,
chemicals, or weeds or being under the influence there
of while in the campus or school premises
e.) Unauthorized possessions or being under influence
of alcoholic beverages within the school premises.
f.) Possession of. Even a stick of Cigarette, and smoking
inside the school campus and smoking in the school
premises or off-campus while in uniform.
g.) Gross act of disrespect in words and deed to a
member of a faculty and administrative staff of the
Academy.
h.) Direct assault upon the person of any member of
the faculty, staff and administration.
i.) Threatening another student or any support
personnel with bodily harm, or damage to another’s
honor or property
j.1) Acts of lewdness or immorality and possession,
distribution, circulation of pornographic materials
within the school campus.
j.2) Posting or tagging of compromising pictures or
message through an Internet (Facebook, Twitter,
Skype) determined to the student, teachers, staff,
and administration and to the school’s
reputation.
k.) Stealing or attempting to steal or borrow
something without permission of the owner.
l.) Vandalism or destruction of school property or
personal property of others.
m.) Gambling of any form or manner within the school
premises.
n.) Membership in non-recognized groups (like
fraternities) in out of QCA.
o.) Conviction for any criminal offense any court in the
country
p.) Acts and talks that bring the name of the Academy
into disrepute without any basis in fact
q.) Bringing to school of cellphones, beepers, pagers, or
similar IT devices not gadget unless in conformance
with the regulations set by the officer of the principal
is strictly prohibited
r.) Unwarranted disbursement or use of organizational
funds
s.) Commission of a third minor offense
t.) Lending/Borrowing of ID card, uniform, books, money,
etc. (Both borrower and lender are guilty)
u.) Getting pregnant out of wedlock (before marriage) or
causing the premarital pregnancy of a girl, in or out of
QCA (dropping from the list of students)
V.) Quarrelling or fighting a Peace Officer or any SG official
enforcing the law
w.) Vending edibles in the school campus without prior
written approval by the Office of the Principal or of the
Administrative Officer
x.) Improper behavior in flag ceremonies, holy
masses or other assemblies
y.) Violating the curfew hour and those still in
the streets or homes of classmates or friend
one (1) hour after dismissal of their session
(AM or PM) and who are still in uniform, with
no written permit from parents/teachers
z.) Such other acts as many hereinafter be
legislated by the Student Government or
issued by the Office of the Principal

16. Failure to inform the parent or guardian to attend
PTA/Parenting Sessions, parent-teachers dialogue or
hearing of a disciplinary case (20%)
17. Boys with pierced ears or other body parts of
purpose of wearing earrings or other devices to “be
different” (20%/day)
18. Bringing or wearing jewelries /accessories except
during special occasions approved by the office of
the Principal
19. Other rules and regulation that may heretofore be
issued by the Office of the Principal or other Central
Student Government.

10. SANCTIONS
& PENALTIES
1. Minor offenses (Principal’s concern)

a) Probationary/temporary suspension for two (2)


or three (3) days to prepare violations and their
parents for the public hearing of the case in the
proper student court.
b) Suspension (determined by the court)
I. More or less than one (1) week
II. For the rest of the school year
c) Dismissal or dropping from the Academy, or
d) Expulsion
2. Minor offenses
• Minor offenses, may be delegated by the principal to
the SG District Court for trial and be subject to the
following sanctions after being found guilty.
A. Written apology to be read in public
B. Community Service
C. Room to Room campaign for enhanced student values
D. Warning or admonition memorandum from the principal
which shall be included in the student’s record
E. Deducted grades in values education
F. Dialogue with one or both parents and the Principal
