• Form 5 will be signed by Competent Person before use for first time and at
regular intervals not exceeding 14 days

• Supporting calculation for the stability and integrity of the platform shall be
provided and be certified by ICE

• Regular inspection by RSS and T4 of the condition of the scaffolding in weekly

interval. Particular attention shall be paid in the course of inspection to ensure
the scaffolding shall not pose any adverse effect of the scaffolding to the
stability of the existing slope.
