Nhóm là một tập hợp gồm nhiều người từ 2

đến 3 người trở lên với trình độ, chuyên môn,
năng lực,… khác nhau hợp tác hỗ trợ nhau vì
mục tiêu chung nào đó. Bổ trợ nhau, phụ
thuộc thông tin, công việc của nhau để thực
hiện phần việc của mình.
Mục tiêu cá nhân khó hoặc không có khả
năng làm được lúc này nhóm sẽ hình thành
