The crafted learning activity sheets (LAS) for my


students where made considering the diversity,
situation and needs of the students. I make sure
that the LAS will be stimulating by incorporating
strategies and methods suited to their needs.

During this pandemic situation where face to face method


is prohibited, we teachers are encouraged to be creative in
filling the gaps and make effective ways to reach-out the
students in order to provide them knowledge they need to
acquire, as an educator, it is our responsibility to make
plans to secure that learning continues amidst of crisis. I
prepared LAS and WHLP and lessons for the students. And
all these resources are available in our GCs in case they
need it.

ANNOTATION:

By using the activity sheets and quizzes, I was able


to monitor their progress based on the result of
their outputs. Once recorded, I can now give
appropriate feedback and give them other activities
or make interventions to improve their
performance.

ANNOTATION:

Communication between parents and teachers is very


important so that we can work together in guiding the
students in their studies. Parent involvement is very
crucial because we share the responsibility in helping the
students. Parents are responsible in getting the modules
and submitting it once it done.
And the most convenient time to meet them are during
retrieval and home visitation, in that way we can tell them
how the students’ progress.

I received these certificates as part of my original Professional


Development Goals in my development plan. As 21st Century
Teacher in a pandemic season, it really help me a lot. I learned new
terms and learnings in these activities such as Learning Delivery
Modalities, WHLP, ILMP, Virtual Meetings and other words that I can
apply in my teaching service.

I participated in several trainings/webinars to develop my skills


especially in using technology to adapt new normal situation. From
the virtual webinars that I attended. I was able to equip and
capacitate myself on the innovations to improve teaching-learning
process.

REFLECTION:

During the LAC session, I’ve learned about the vital rules
of proper assessment of the learners, we must use several
strategies to assess them because every students are
diverse. We must prepare different outputs, and use
techniques and strategies, that is relevant to the
objectives and also suited to their unique learning needs.
ANNOTATION:

Exchanging ideas about new way of teaching in this


time of pandemic is very important. LAC sessions
gives me more ideas by collaborating with my co-
workers, listening to their lectures and interact with
them, also share thoughts and giving opinions
about the new knowledge we acquire.
