At the end of the lesson, the students should be

a. identify the phase changes that matter undergo;
b. label the parts where the phase changes takes
place using particle model of matter; and
c. differentiate the phase changes in matter based
on their process.
Directions: The students will be grouped into 2
groups. The teacher will present a samples of two
similar objects. The students must observe the
changes happened to the objects. Each group
must choose representative to explain their
observation.
