1. Gii thch qu trnh cng ngh


1.1 Cn Rotor, thit b iu khin chnh trong h thng cp than.
Hnh nh v cn roto:

Cn rotor l thit b iu khin chnh trong cng on l nung.y l loi cn


bng nh lng ca hng Pfister an Mch.

Khoang bnh xe ngang trc bao bc xung quanh bi cc a trn (4), a di (6)
v v (5).Mt lng nguyn liu ln s vo li vo (2) , c quay trn trong
khoang bnh xe v cho ra u ra (10) , ri s c mang ti qu trnh tip
theo.Ton b thn khoang bnh xe (4,5,6) c treo ln khung (1) bi hai ci cht
xoay cn bng (7) , v th nn n c th quay.
Trc ng c (8) cp cho rotor thng qua khp ni, t iu chnh, dn hng h
thng. Thit b gim ti cho php rotor quay gn nh khng khi lng gia 2 tm
a kn gim hao mn. Trc cn (A-A) xuyn qua b ni linh ng ti ng cp
ti, c xc nh bi 2 b cn gia thn ca khoang v khung. Cu hnh c
bit ca 2 b cn b cho bt k dao ng p lc no t nguyn liu do kt
qu o c s khng b nh hng.

Lng liu chuyn t u vo ti u ra to ra mmen i vi trc xoay, mmen
ny c o nh mt phn lc im ta vi mt loadcell treo ti im gi treo th

1.3 Nguyn l lm vic ca h thng cn roto weigh feeder

thi gian v cng trong h thng cn truyn thng
H thng roto weigh feeder lm vic da trn tinh thn l khc phc nhng
nhc im ca cc h thng cn truyn thng nh nu trn.m bo:
- Nguyn liu ra lun m bo chnh xc v khi lng
- Dng nguyn liu ra lun l lin tc
Do c th thy rng h thng roto weigh feeder nng cao c hiu sut
cng nh tng kh nng t ng ha trong nh ny cng nghip ln rt nhiu.
Khi lng nguyn liu ca ra c tnh thng qua khi lng o c t
loadcell v tc quay ca rotor. Ta c th tnh khi lng nguyn liu nh sau

2. Thut ton iu khin
2.1 S iu khin cp than l nung.

PI&D ca h thng cp than l nung nh sau :

Nhin liu cp cho l nung thng qua h thng vi t a knh ( gm du, gi 1,
gi 2, gas, than ) v du, gi 1, gi 2, gas c s dng chnh cho giai on khi
ng qu trnh t, nhin liu chnh l than. Nn n ny ta b qua h thng
iu khin cp du, gas, gi 1, gi 2.
Lng than cung cp cho l nung clinke c iu chnh thng qua iu chnh
tc quay a cn rotor. Than mn sau cng on nghin cha trong silo L11,
ng c khuy W2V70 t di silo khuy u lng than chuyn xung cn
W2V72 (Tn hiu t ng c khuy ny coi l nhiu hng). Loadcell WT o lng
than trong cn rotor, encoder ST o tc ng c quay a cn. C hai cm bin
ny ng thi gi tn hiu o c v b tnh ton FY ( b nhn ) tnh ra lu
lng than ra thc t v gi tn hiu o c v b iu khin lu lng FC ( PID2
). PID2 ng thi cng nhn c tn hiu t SP ( lu lng than ) c tnh theo
quy trnh cng ngh. PID2 s gi tn hiu iu khin n b iu khin tc SC (
PID1 ) iu khin bin tn ( tc ng c ).

- Ta thy vi b iu khin va thit k ny th vn cn qu iu chnh do
thit k cho b iu khin vng trong PID2 ta phi thit k b iu khin PID1 lm

cho ng c tnh khng cn c qu iu chnh. Sau vi bc chnh nh ta


thy: Kp=0.2845; Ki=0.1114 th tha mn yu cu.

thng s Kp, Ki tm ra c b iu khin tt nht.

trit tiu c sai lch tnh do ta chn b iu khin PID2 c: Kp=1.0688;

Cu trc ca h thng nh lng:

Cc yu t cu trc chnh l: mt t iu khin FCC nm ti trung tm iu khin


nh my (MCC) v Panels (LCP) kim sot, c thit k c bit cho h thng
cp liu (FIELD).
T iu khin FCC cha tt c cc b iu khin cho lu lng v tc .Bao gm
c vic gim st ca cc chc nng ny.
Bng iu khin a phng (s) LCP : chc nng lin kt vi FCC x l v
cung cp cc truy nhp a phng n tt c cc thit b - c bo tr v cung cp
dch v n thit b .

3.1 Tm hiu v FCC


B iu khin lu lng v tc FCC s dng CPI(CAN Process Interface ) v
CSC(CAN-System-Controller).
3.1.1 CPI (CAN Process Interface ) cng vi giao thc CANopen
-CPI c thit k cho vic thu bt cc :tn hiu vo,tn s,gi tr tng t,gi tr
o.N cng c s dng bt cc gi tr tng t u ra v ci t thng s u
ra.

CPI phi c trang b t nht mt b khuch i o i CDMV "891.443.00.00"
cho vic bt cc tn hiu o. Cc gi tr o bt c xut ra lin tc qua cc bus
CAN trong khong thi gian 20 ms.
Cc trng thi ca cc tn hiu u vo v u ra cng nh cc chc nng ca bus
CAN c bo bng n LED trn CPI.
Cu hnh CPI xy ra thng qua giao din d liu RS-232 hoc qua cc bus CAN.
Tt c cc d liu cu hnh c th c lu trong mt EEPROM.

Mt kt ni vi mt i tc (MASTER), thit b m c kt ni vi CPI qua cc


bus CAN c th c thit lp thng qua RS-232 giao din d liu.
-Chc nng ca cc khi :
1. NGUN "X1"
CPI c cung cp vi 24V DC qua X1 . 24V DC cung cp cho cc u vo v
u ra thng qua X1 v c bo v chng qu ti dng 4A vi mt mch ngt
t ng.
2.U RA A00..A03 "X2"
4 ng ra iu khin c th c thit lp trn CPI vi bus CAN. Cc kt qu u ra
phi c tr v thng xuyn thng qua cc bus CAN(mi 200 ms). Nu tnh
trng ny khng c p ng, kt qu u ra c tt (mc thp).
3. U VO : E00..E07 E10..E15 GM "X3" V "X4
CPI c 14 u vo s. Cc u vo c cc chc nng xc nh . u vo "E14" v
"E15" l thit k bt xung u vo vi mt rng xung ti thiu l 13 ms.
Ngoi ra, 16 bit m u vo tn s 1 c t u vo "E15" vi mt "xung
cao".
4. GIAO DIN CAN "X5" V "X6"
Theo tiu chun ISO 11898, cc giao thc CAN tun th vi kt ni d liu lp 2
trong m hnh tham chiu ISO / OSI v h tr cc hot ng a ch.
Nh cc lp ng dng, cc nh sn xut quc t v Hip hi CAN trong t ng
ha (gi l CIA) th giao thc chun CANopen da trn "DS 301" (khng c cu
hnh) c s dng.
CPI h tr khi ng theo "CAL" (CAN Application Layer) hon chnh. Kt qu
l, n c th c tch hp vo mng CAL v hot ng nh mt thit b CAL c.
Cc chi tit ca CANopen v cc c im k thut CAL c th c tm thy
trong cc tiu chun CIA CIA DS201-207, 301 v 401.

Cu hnh CAN bus (bitrate, s module, vv) xy ra trn mt thit b u cui thng
qua cc giao din d liu RS-232.
5. U RA "X7"
Hai u ra tng t 0..20 mA c tr v thng qua cc bus CAN: u ra tng t
1, vi phn gii 8 bit,v u ra tng t 2, vi phn gii 16 bit.
Cc u ra tng t phi c tr v thng xuyn thng qua cc bus CAN (mi
200 ms). Nu tnh trng ny khng c p ng,dng l "0 mA" .
6. U VO TNG T "X7"
Hai u vo tng t vi phn gii 10 bit, "Poti 1 v Poti 2" c sn bt in
p tng t (0..5 volts)
7. U VO O TN S "X8"
CPI c hai u vo couter tnh tn s, "Tacho a v b Tacho", m c nh gi
mi 20ms.
Counter u vo "Tacho a" c thit k b sung thm nh mt vng 16 bit truy
cp cho php o di hn, v c th c thit lp li thng qua u vo E15.
8. GIAO DIN D LIU RS232 "X9"
CPI c cu hnh trc tip thng qua giao din d liu RS-232 hoc thng qua mt
kt ni c th c thit lp vi mt i tc (Master), ngi c kt ni thng
qua cc bus CAN.
N c thit lp "9600 baudrate; 1 start bit; 8 bit d liu ; 1 stop bit v khng c
chn l".
Khi cu hnh CPI hoc kt ni vi my ch thng qua cc bus CAN, cc thit b
u cui c h tr cc d liu giao din RS232 ca CPI .
- Mt "VT 100" thit b u cui tng thch,
- Mt my tnh vi mt chng trnh thit b u cui ph hp,
- Mt PHT (Pfister Handheld Terminal).

9.KNH O 1 N 4
CPI c th c trang b vi mt hoc hai "CDMV" khuch i o i bt cc
gi tr o.
Cc A / D-converter ca mt knh o hot ng trn nguyn tc Delta-Sigma.
Nhiu phm vi in p u vo khc nhau c th c cu hnh thch ng vi
cc ng dng c lin quan.
V vy m cc tn hiu nh cng c th c x, thm 1 ti trong cc bc t 25%
n 175%, cng nh vic thm ti c nh.
Ngoi ra, cc ch hot ng "n cc" hoc "lng cc" c th c cu hnh.

3.1.2 Tm hiu CSC
CSC (CAN System Controller) c ngun u vo 24Vv . N c mt u vo
