Expected Outcomes: Students show understanding on the grammar aspect (Superlatives of long
adjectives). They check their learning of the unit in the mini test.
Resources: Text Book, CD, Data, Notebook.
Time Comments
Introduction: 10 min Students read the Language Focus (page 76) and complete
the rules in the chart.
Core of the class 20 min Students are taught the Superlative Long Adjective
Pre-stage: structure through a power point presentation.
While-stage: 30 min Students are given a handout in which they put in practice
the contents already learnt about superlatives long
adjectives.
Post-stage 20 min Students do a mini test in which they on they check their
progress on the unit contents seen so far. Skills required
are listening, reading and vocabulary.
Closing: 10 min Students are told of the next week test, we check the
contents required for that evaluation.
