Activity

“Friendship Art”
Materials:
- Washable paint
- Paintbrushes/ paint cups
- Enough paper for each child in the group
- Scotch tape
Procedure:
1. Prepare the activity sheet a head of time by taping each piece of paper together in a
rectangular mural.
2. Explain to the pupils that they are going to make a cooperative friendship art. That
meant they would be working together with their friends to create a large painting, and
at the end of the day each child would get to take a piece of the mural home.
Discussion
Ask the following:
1. Did you enjoy the activity?
2. Did your group work together?
3. Is it fun working with your group?

Today, we learned about cooperation and making friends. It is important since it can
develop your interpersonal intelligence. That’s why I let you work with your classmate
and I believe that working together is so fun and exciting.

Assessment
Show to the class your work and tell them the story behind it.
