1. Preparation Work
1.01. Mobilization dan Demobilization
What is meant by mobilization and demobilization are all activities related to the transportation
of equipment to be used in carrying out the work packages. The contractor must be able to take
into account all the costs that are required in a series of activities to bring in equipment and
restore it later when the work has been completed to the same place.

Method of Implementation
a. Provision of Equipment and Personnel
- Contractor must provide equipment and personnel in accordance with the
requirements as contained in the contract to complete the job.
- Before the mobilization carried out, then the contractor must immediately report to
the board of owner for approval, and if deemed necessary, owner may request
additional equipment and personnel at the expense of the Contractor.
b. Programs and Notices
- Contractor must make a schedule mobilization of equipment and personnel that
comes with a description of the type and capacity of equipment to be imported.
Contractors must make a written notice to the board of owner regarding the arrival
and transport of equipment and personnel back. The contractor must seek approval
from the board of owner on any schedule changes provision of equipment and
personnel.
- All equipment that has been at the job site, when it is not needed, it can be removed
from the work area with the permission of the board of owner.

1.02. Measurement
Measurements conducted to determine the altitude and topography work area lengthwise (long
section) and transverse (cross section) before work begins. After the measurements carried out
it will produce an image that will be equipped with a building layout plan and as a reference
work in the field.

Method of Implementation
a. The contractor must prepare measuring equipment, including workers, stakes, as well
as other equipment necessary for the measurement. The contractor must use

measuring devices that have a high level of accuracy for the measurement.
b. This work begins by placing a peg made of wooden beams 4/6 with a predetermined
distance.
c. Peg - peg that has been installed must not be rocking and the move because it has
elevation based on BM around after measurement.
d. After the measurement data acquired and processed it will produce working drawings
(working drawings) as a guide pekerejaan in the field which must be approved in
advance by the board of owner.
e. After the work is completed then held lapngan checking and re-measurement at the
job site to create a full picture like (asbuilt drawing) as a sign of the work is
completed. Asbuilt drawing is completed when the board of owner has approved.
f. The contractor must immediately hand over all the data and results of calculations
and drawings of the measurement to the owner as soon as possible, with the
following details:
 Data measuring one (1) original and one (1) recording
 Pictures with A3 size 3 (a) original (tracing) and 1 (one) as well as the recording of
A3 size of 2 (two) recording.

1.03. Report
To support the technical completeness of administrative data, the Contractor must provide daily
report, weekly and monthly.

Method of Implementation
a. Reports are generated every day by noting the work undertaken in the run
commencing at the time of DSS.
b. Daily report contains about the type of work, volume of work accomplished every
day complete with calculations and drawings typicalnya, weather, number of
personnel, the tools used and the amount and type of materials used.
c. The weekly report recaps daily report contains one (1) weekly, but it also contains
the volume of work last week.
d. The monthly report contains recaps daily reports and weekly reports, besides tu also
contains the volume of work last month.

1.04. Documentation
To support the technical and administrative data completeness as conclusive evidence at a later
date, then the Contractor must provide photo documentation of the implementation of the work
by using a digital camera.

Method of implementation
a. Photo documentation made during execution of the work is still in the position of
0%, reaching weights of 50% and 100% for one point or the location of the same
photo.
- 0% Photos taken at the time the work has not yet begun to know the actual conditions
of the location will dikeerjakan by the Contractor.
- Photo 50% taken at the time the work is underway to look at the condition of the
field at the condition of 50%.
- Photo 100% taken at the time the work is done thoroughly to see the end of the work
conditions.
b. Before taking the pictures, then made a plan / sketch showing the location, position
and direction of the camera shots are then submitted to the board of owner for
approval.
c. Photo documentation of the above-mentioned printed with 3R size affixed to the
photo album and given a note as follows:
1. Name of Contract
2. Building Name
3. Stage / Progress Work 0%, 50% or 100%
d. Contractor submit the documentary photograph as many as three (3) copies together
with one (1) negative to the owner.
e. At each stage of shooting for each location decision should be from the same
direction which is predetermined.

2. Civil Work
2.01. Brick Work
Brick work is work brick by using a mixture of cement sand were formed according to the
drawings execution

Method of Implementation
a. Stone used must be clean and hard rock and has been approved by the Board of
Owner.
b. Sand used to be good and has been approved by the Board of Owner.
c. Mortar stone masonry work must be from a mixture of cement and sand with a
volume ratio of 1 pc: 4 psr using a concrete mixer
d. Masonry must be arranged such that the stone with stone homogeen terisispesi basis,
so the stones do not coincide / bersentuhan.Susunan raen stone (rock face) must have
a distance (the width of the grout between 1-2 cm)

2.02. Plastering 1 : 3
Plastering work is stucco work on the upper part of the wall, masonry ujungujung channel
corresponding to the picture execution

Method of Implementation
a. Sand used to be good and has been approved by the Board of Owner.
b. Mortar stucco work must be from a mixture of cement and sand with a volume ratio
of 1: 3 by using a concrete mixer
c. Plastering work done in two layers up to a thickness of 2 cm. If not told otherwise
couples should be plastered on the top of the wall, the ends of the channel partner, or
as stated in the picture
d. Plastering work 1: 3 should be flat, straight, smooth and neat so that the top of the
wall, the ends of channels covered the surface of the stone masonry.

2.03. Excavated Soil

Excavated soil is digging the soil using a hoe. The Contractor must do this by following the
excavation plan drawings.
Method of implementation
a. Excavated soil can not be used as an embankment material should be disposed of
outside the working area
b. Materials from the quarry to be used as an ingredient pile must be approved by the
board of owner.

c. Any material that is surplus to the needs of the pile material to be disposed of by the
Contractor to the location specified by the board of owner.
d. Contractors should be responsible for all arrangements, acquisition of permits for the
disposal of material from the owner of the land where the disposal is done.
e. Contractors in carrying out excavation work to be undertaken is quite safe from
avalanches especially on a heavy stand.
f. When work is completed, the Contractor must notify the board of owner for
examination.

2.04. Excavated soil heap results

What is meant by the barrow work is the result of excavation work heap hoard by using
materials from the excavation at the construction of the channel by human power (Manual) then
compacted with tools

Method of implementation
a. Embankment material taken from the excavation that has been approved by the board
of owner.
b. Soil excavation results is spread and compacted by using tools
c. The size and height adjustable with working drawings and approved by the board of
owner

2.05. Heaps of Land From Outside

What is meant by the work of the soil heap outside is good for embankment hoarding activities
and to behind the building by using heaps of excavated material at a location borrow with the
type and quality of the specific soil and Service Providers to pay for the procurement of
materials soil embankment. Sources of borrow material for each pile must be in accordance
with the borrow area that has been approved by the Board of Directors
Method of implementation
a. Embankment material taken from the borrow area that has been approved by the
board of directors.
b.Laid embankment material layer by layer and, if necessary flushing water with a
water tank truck

c. Embankment material are laid and then compacted with heavy equipment vibrator
roller
d.Pile density is then determined from the results of laboratory testing by performing
tests Compaction Proctor standard test in order to obtain good compaction results
e. Determined based on the size and dimensions of the image.

2.06. Repairing
The definition of improvement is the formation of the first and second on the excavation and
embankment work on the inside, and outside the dike crest so that the dimensions in accordance
with the working drawings.

Method of implementation
a. Repairs carried out by forming a pile heap on the inside, so that the tops and outer
dike shape according to the desired dimensions or in accordance with the plans.
b. If there is excess material on the implementation of perapihan dike embankment
then disposed around jobs and trimming
c. The service provider should be responsible for all arrangements, and the acquisition
permission for material removal from the land owner where the disposal is done.
d. Size and dimensions specified by the plans and approved by the board of directors.

2.07. Dismantled
Dismantled work is the work of dismantling the pair to be rehabilitated by using a tool that is
done by the Service Provider after obtaining the approval of the Board of Directors.

Method of implementation
a. Dismantled implemented is a good partner dismantling the masonry, concrete or
existing buildings that will be implemented rehabilitation in area.
b. Demolition garbage must be set and disposed around the site are guaranteed not to
interfere with the work activity. The setting of all the results should be according to
the instructions demolition of Directors.
