ENGL 4021 L03 MINUTES
Meeting Date: February 24​th​, 2020

Call to Order:
A regular meeting of the Course ENGL 4021 L03 was held in room MTC-1 of the Academic
Building at the University of Puerto Rico at Ponce on February 26​th​, 2020. The meeting
convened at 1:30 pm, Professor LeCompte presiding and María Del Mar Méndez Casillas,
secretary. All students attended except Aris Class, Rafael Roman, Maria Torres, and Wilfred
Fonseca.

Approval of Minutes:

Minutes of February 26​th​, 2020 meeting were approved by the members of course after
corrections were made. Dormarie E. Rivera Rodriguez, Fabiola Camacho Velez, and Alberto
C. Fernandez Velez presented the minutes of this day. Joyce presented a motion to approve
the minutes and the motion passed

Matters Discussed:
1. At the beginning of the class, students completed a quiz about the second chapter
from the course textbook ​Pocket Guide to Technical Communication.
2. The professor discussed the first chapter from the course textbook ​Pocket Guide to
Technical Communication.

She highlighted the following topics:

​ age design rules

Professor LeCompte answered doubts about the deadline for the Trip Report.

Announcement:

The professor announced the trip report deadline it will be on March 9​th​, 2020
