Meeting Date: February 24th, 2020

Call to Order:
A regular meeting of the Course ENGL 4021 L03 was held in room MTC-1 of the Academic Building at
the University of Puerto Rico at Ponce on February 24th, 2020. The meeting convened at 1:32 p.m.
Professor LeCompte presiding and Alberto C. Fernandez Vélez, secretary. María Méndez and María
Torres were absent.

Approval of Minutes:
Minutes of February 19th, 2020 were presented and approved by the members of the course after
corrections were contributed.

Matters Discussed:

1. The professor provided a quiz regarding the first chapter of the Pocket Guide to Technical
Communication.

2. Professor LeCompte answered some doubts about the documentary called The Future of Food.

3. The professor discussed chapter one of the Pocket Guide to Technical Communication in its totality.

Assignments:

1. Professor LeCompte assigned the students to read the second chapter of the Pocket Guide to
Technical Communication.

2. The exam of chapter one and two of the Pocket Guide to Technical Communication is going to
be held on March 2nd, 2020.

Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 2:45 p.m.
