This Agreement is made on 30 May 2020 Between :-

A. Mr. Rohit Sethi having office at Bapu Nagar Jaipur Party of the first Part.
B. M/s R S CONSTRUCTION COMPANY Proprietor Surender Kumar having
office at village sihore Dhani sagru , Tehsil Khetri, Distt. Jhunjhunu and office no.
514 , 5th floor Okay Plus Big Benn, New Sanganer Road Sodala Party of the
second Part.
C. The of aforementioned owners have entered in a contract to construction
residential building known as OKAY PLUS KNAK AANGAN , Mahaver Nagar ,
Durgapura Jaipur The Total area approx 20,000 SQ.FT. Maps have been already
approved by JDA for residential flats having basemend , stilt and 3 floors . The
owner is willing to set the construction of residential complex done through
second party As specified here under on labour rate basis . Now this agreement
witnesseth & it is here by agreed and declared as follows :-
D. Scope of work :-
1. All footing , basement column and all basement work will be paid Extra in
item rate basis.
2. All PCC , RCC column , slabs, steels work, shuttering ( Plate Steel with Jack,
Beem & Column plywood shuttering ). All work concrete supply by owner
and column cast by manually.
3. RCC Slab height above 12 feet would be changed Extra Rs 50 /- SQ.Ft. /
Mtr. Height.
4. All floor brick masonry.
5. All floor internal Plaster.
6. All floor external plaster with single coat. Any design of plaster , grove,
double plaster will be paid extra by owner . Outer plaster rate 25 Rs.SQ Ft.
and grove 15 Rs Rft.
7. Lift head Room, water tank , fire fighting tank , Guard Room civil work .
slab measurement would be taken for Guard Room , Mumty , Lift head
Room over Head water tank and U.G. Tank.
8. Fixing of door frames & Railing ( M.S. ) . all material to be provided by
owner.
 9. Fixing of vitrified tile in flats and toilet . kitchen platform fixing of
granite /marble. Staircase flooring will have marble and granite with single
moulding . Flats flooring will have marble , granite and Italian will be paid
extra Rs 50 /- per sq.ft by owner and polish will be done by owner.
10. Roof Brick bat Coaba / tile . Terrace water proofing part of owner .
11. Outer development stone soling , PCC Concrete supply by Owner. All side
boundry wall height 5’0” Fit from Road Level.
12. Malba store one point and Malba shifting part of the owner.
13. Curing will be done by the contractor . Curing motor & Pipe will be
provided by owner.
14. Electric Light for working will be provided by owner.

E. Made of Measurement :-

1. Measurement for payment will be made by 100 % roof measurement

for each floor ( out to out including Projection ) . The following items
shall be measurement separately .
 Over head water Tank ( Double The Area ).
 Stairs Case Mumty.
 Machine Room.
 Electric Room & Guard Room .
 Under Ground Tank .

2. No deductions will be made for cutouts up to 50 Sq.Ft. area. Fins &

Pergola would measured in slab area.
3. Labour hutments material will be provided by owner.

3. Sanitary , Electric work , Paint work , Fire fighting work, wooden work ,
Landscaping work and Water proofing work will not in our scope.
4. All slab & outer PCC for concrete supply RMC by owner.
5. Water & Electric Supply free of cost by owner.
6. Excavation & Back filling work will not in our scope.
7. 1,00,000 Rs Mobilization advance will be paid after work start.
8. Steel Rewiring work will not in our scope.
9. Any design of RCC work ( Dullah ) will be paid extra.
10. TDS Deduction by as per Govt. Rule.
