The online enrollment is done to avoid physi-
cal/body contact which is part of the safety
measures set by the government during the
COVID-19 pandemic.
3. If parents/guardians do not have access
to such online enrollment procedure due to
unavailability of computer/gadgets/ internet,
they may contact the following personnel for
a physical enrollment in school.
However, they should observe the following protocols:
a. wearing of face mask;
b. physical distancing; and
c. only guardians/parents will enlist their
children. (Note: No senior citizens)
4. For Grade 8,9,10, & 12 students, they are con-
sidered pre-enrolled by the school. Thus, they
no longer have to undergo the enrollment
process. Their previous teacher-advisers will
contact the students personally to check for
their preferred mode of classes: face-to-face,
modular, or online-learning.
For physical enrollment, parents/guardians
should bring the following:
a. Report Card;
b. Birth certificate (NSO/PSA); and
c. Learner’s Reference Number.
5. Only Grade 10 and 12 students as well as those
students who wish to transfer to another
school will be allowed to get their reports
cards starting June 15, 2020. They are
advised to contact their previous teacher-
advisers or the school principal to confirm
the schedule of release for the said document.
Report cards of Grade 7, 8,9, and 11 students
will be at the care of their previous
teacher-advisers.
6. The physical enrollment will start on the third
week of June. Parents/guardians are advised
to see the teachers mentioned below.
