MENTAL HEALTH AND PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT AND INTERVENTION TO

THE HRH OF SANTIAGO CITY, ISABELA ON OCTOBER 22-23, 2020.

NARRATIVE REPORT

Pursuant to CV CHD OFFICE ORDER NO. 2020-1078, for the conduct of Mental Health and
Psychosocial Support and Intervention to the Human Resources for Health of Santiago City, Isabela
last October 22-23, 2020, as per invitation from their Local Government Unit facilitated by Mr.
Edwin Tamayo, Development Management Officer IV of Isabela.

The Mental Health Unit steered several activities which included Building of Rapport through ice
breakers on effective communication and establishing group cooperation, Introspection Processing,
sharing and processing of their COVID-19 experiences, Progressive relaxation techniques (Sort of
Meditation) and exercises. A wrap of the whole process in acknowledging their efforts to make them
feel validated was also done.

A meeting was also conducted for the debriefing of the facilitators and for process improvement of
the activities conducted,
