 ‫الملخص‪:‬‬
‫القيادة الجيدة ضرورية لرجال األعمال والحكومات والجماعات والمنظمات ولمختلف جوانب‬
‫الحياة‪ ،‬وهي عامل مهم لصنع منظمة ناجحة‪ ،‬فهي تحول األمر الممكن إلى حقيقة واقعة‪.‬‬
‫القادة هم مورد بشري أساسي في أي منظمة‪ .‬فالشركات في عالم اليوم تتنافس في هذا المجال‪.‬‬
‫يطورن منتجات أفضل‪.‬‬
‫ا‬ ‫وخاصة أن القائد األفضل يطور موظفين بشكل أفضل واالثنين معا‬
‫وانطالقا من هذه األهمية الكبيرة والمتزايدة‪ ،‬تناول الباحث الدور الذي يلعبه القائد اإلداري في‬
‫إدارة أزمات منظمات األعمال‪.‬‬
‫انطلق الباحث في مشكلته من تساؤل رئيسي وهو‪ :‬ما دور القيادة اإلدارية في إدارة األزمات‬
‫في المنشآت السياحية في محافظة طرطوس‪.‬‬
‫وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي‪/‬المسح‪ ،/‬واشتمل مجتمع البحث على كافة العاملين في‬
‫المنظمات السياحية في محافظة طرطوس‪ .‬واعتمد الباحث على االستبيان في جمع البيانات‬
‫األولية‪ ،‬الذي تم تصميمه من قبل الباحث‪ ،‬وتم إجراء كافة اختبارات الصدق والصالحية عليه‪.‬‬
‫قام الباحث باالعتماد على برنامج التحليل االحصائي ‪ spss‬في استخراج اإلحصاءات‬
‫الوصفية (الوسط الحسابي‪ ،‬االنحراف المعياري‪ ،‬االتجاه النسبي) لإلجابة على تساؤالت البحث‪،‬‬
‫وكذلك في الحصول على اإلحصاءات االستنتاجية (تحليل االنحدار وارتباط بيرسون) الختبار‬
‫فروض البحث‪.‬‬
‫ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها‪:‬‬
‫وجود عالقة بين المهارات اإلنسانية وادارة االزمات‪ ،‬وكذلك األمر بين المهارات اإلدارية وادارة‬
‫األزمات‪ ،‬أما بالنسبة للمتغيرين المهارات الفنية والمهارات الذهنية فال توجد عالقة مع إدارة‬
‫األزمات‪.‬‬
‫وبناء على ذلك‪ :‬وجود عالقة ذات داللة معنوية بين المتغير المستقل القيادة اإلدارية‬
‫والمتغير التابع إدارة األزمات‪ .‬كما وجد أن (‪ )%4.13‬من االنحرافات الكلية في المتغير التابع‬
‫إدارة األزمات‪ ،‬يفسرها المتغير المستقل القيادة اإلدارية‪.‬‬

 ABSTRACT

Good leadership is essential to business, to government, to groups, and to

organizations. Leadership is an important factor for making an organization
successful. Leadership transforms potential into reality.
Leaders are a key human resource in any organization. Companies in today's world
compete in this field. Especially that better leader develops the best staff, and both
develop better products.
From this large and growing importance, the researcher studied the role of the
management leader in crisis management business organizations.
Researcher launched from a major question follows: What is the role of leadership in
crisis management in tourism organizations in the city of Tartous.
Researcher follow the descriptive approach / survey, Research community included
all workers in the tourism organizations in the city of Tartous. Researcher relied on
questionnaire in primary data collection, which was designed by the researcher, was
conducted all validity tests and reliability on it.
The researcher based on statistical analysis program spss in extracting descriptive
statistics to answer the research questions, as well as access to deductive statistics to
test the research hypotheses. The most important results that have been reached:
Relationship exists between Human skills and crisis management. As well as between
management skills and crisis management. But for mental skills and professional
skills, there is no relationship with crisis management.
Consequently, A correlation is existing between the independent variable
"management leadership", and the dependent variable "crisis management", as the
Pearson correlation coefficient is equal to 52.2%, and this is a significant correlation.
31.4% of the total deviations in the dependent variable Crisis Management, explained
by the independent variable management leadership.
