SEMI-DETAILED LESSON PLAN

IN ENGLISH 9

I.OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson, students should be able to:
a) identify the basic conditionals
b) give importance to the topic through writing a sentence and;
c) apply the two basic conditional in a sentence..

II.SUBJECT MATTER
Topic: English Conditionals
References: Essential English Work text in Literature and Language 9
Instructional Materials: PPT, Led, TV, audiovisual.
III.PROCEDURE
A. PRELIMINARY ACTIVITIES
a. Prayer
b. Greetings
c. Checking Attendance
d. classroom management

A. Activity
The teacher will let the students to form a circle and play a game. The
students will going to pass a ball from one to another with music. If the music will stop
and whoever will be the last to receive the ball, will be the one to answer the question.
B. Analysis
The teacher will ask the following questions:
 .How did you find the activity?
 .What did you observed?
 .What are your expectation?

C. Abstraction
The teacher will discuss the topic about:
 .Conditional e–means’’ situation or circumstance.
 . Real possibility. Is it happening in the future.
 .Unreal possibility-is it not probably happened in the future.
D. Application
The teacher will group the students in to two (2) groups and they are going
role play such as tour companies or as political parties creating on election
manifesto and present it in front of the class. They are going to use conditionals
in their dialogue.

IV. Evaluation
In a 1/2 sheet of paper the students will answer the following question:
