MEETING ABOUT THE ACCOUNTANCY DAYS 2021 WITH TEAMS’
LEADERS AND ASSISTANT LEADERS

TIME: 2:30pm
ATTENDEES: JPIA officers and JPIA days leaders and assistant leaders

MEETING PROPER:

The meeting formally started at 2:30 pm. The following are the agenda of the
meeting:

1. ACCOUNTANCY DAYS 2020-2021

Date: April 12 to April 30, 2021

A. DURATION, TITLE OF THE EVENT, AND THE GROUPINGS

• 15-day event
• the event was entitled CTRL+S: Saving Memories with JPIANs
• JPIANs will be divided into four groups consisting of 40-41 members
namely
with team names: Familia Sandoval, Familia Buenavista, Familia Valdez,
and
Familia Tiamzon
• each group has a group chat already

B. ACTIVITIES FOR THE 15-DAY EVENT

Day 1: Copy Cut: Online Serye Parody


• Participants will create a parody video of the last scene of the Episode 8
of the
Mistagged Series

Day 2: Rewind: CPA in Transit


• Participants will write about their whole life journey as an accountancy
student
• Posting: April 13, 2021, 10am

Day 3: SPEAKER ON: JPIA Poetry Slam
• A spoken word poetry competition that will engage the participants to
use
their imaginative mind to write and video record their crafted piece in
accordance with the theme “Hope or Pag-asa”

Day 4: VOLUME UP: JPIA Jingle


• Participants will produce a song in tuned to an existing song and
changing the
lyrics to terms related to accounting

Day 5: GIF: React to Mistagged


• Participants will produce a reaction video of the Episode 11 of the series
or the
Special Episode 1

Day 6: Regulatory Framework for Business Transactions: Special Laws


Included in CPALE
• The first webinar organized by JPIA Officers and Adviser for free to all the
members in order to be equipped with the knowledge about special laws
which
are included in the CPALE that will be discussed by Atty. Iris Ann
Valencia
• Posting: April 17, 2021, 10am

Day 7: Playlist: Mistagged OST Cover


• Participants will cover one of the Original OST’s of the series namely
“Hanggang sa Huli” or “Pagbitaw”

Day 8: CC: Mistagged Poster Retake


• This event will allow the participants to recreate the Mistagged Poster in
their own skillful ways
• Posting: April 19, 2021, 10am

Day 9: STEP UP: JPIA Tiktok Challenge


• The participants will be in partner to create a tiktok dance video
• Partner of the MCC-JPIAN participant will not be limited to MCC-JPIAN
student or its groupmate, instead, it will be open for an outsider
participant
• Posting: April 20, 2021, 10am

• Deadline: April 23, 2021

Day 10: ACCOUNTING BINGO


• A live virtual event of Bingo which was given a twist as it is Accounting
inspired Bingo
• Posting: April 21, 2021, 10am
• Life Event: 2pm
• Participants: minimum of 5 and maximum of 10 per team

Day 11: ACCOUNTING HUGOT


• Participants can join the event through commenting an Accounting
inspired hugot on the Facebook Post of the organization and the one who
will receive with many reactions will win
• Posting: April 22, 2021, 10am
• Passing: comment section on the main post in official facebook page of
JPIA
• Deadline/cut-off: April 22, 2021, 11:59pm
• Participants: JPIANs

Day 12: Cloud Accounting: Getting to Know Cloud Base Accounting and
Its Uses
• The second webinar which will be offered for free that will be centered on
the information regarding Cloud Accounting and Its Uses that will be
elaborated by the resource speaker, Mr. Lougene Castro, CPA
• Posting: April 23, 2021, 10am

Day 13: Mobile Legends Tournament: League of Accountants Edition


• This well-known mobile game will be able to play by the five participants
each team in defending their league which will be livestream in Facebook
• Posting: April 24, 2021, 10am
• Participants: 5 per team

Day 14: JPIA Sudoku Master Tournament


• This logic-based game will be played by 2 participants per team which
will be in a web platform in claiming the master title in JPIA Sudoku
• Posting: April 25, 2021, 10am
• Life Event: 2pm
• Participants: 2 per team

Day 15: Clash of Casts: Accounting Cup


• This is a live online quiz bee that will cover 5 Accounting Board subjects
(FAR, TAX, AUDIT, AFAR, and MAS CUP)
• The time of the event was changed from 1 PM to 10 AM
• Posting: April 26, 2021, 7am
• Life Event: 1pm
• Participants: 1 per year level each team

B. ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR ACCOUNTANCY DAYS 2020-2021

ADDITIONAL DAY 1: TOP FAN OF THE SERIES: MISTAGGED KAHOOT


• A live online game event that will cover questions regarding Mistagged
which will be hosted by Sir Ian Paulo Punsalan
• Date: April 27, 2021

ADDITIONAL DAY 2 AND 3


• Posting of videos related to Mistagged Series

MAIN EVENT: AWARDING CEREMONY


• The main event will be pre-recorded
• Date: April 30, 2021
