made for my pupils were teaching and learning resource that
included in ICT. When students struggled to grasp a particular

experiences with the public health crisis, as well as set
realistic standards for how learning can take place with the
“new normal.”

check my pupils' development. During online

recommendations to students about their academic
standing. We are also having open communication for
individuals who were unable to attend. I also sent a
personal note to the parents notifying them of their
incomplete outputs.

Annotation:
When I assign assignments, I make a point of
providing feedback and recognizing students'
efforts in completing the work. It helped my

who have access to these.
Parents now have the important responsibility of ensuring that
their children receive a high-quality education while being safe.
They serve as our Blended Distance Learning collaborators.
Constant communication with them will make this mode of
learning delivery possible.

III. REFLECTIVE
SUMMARY
PPST Strand:
7.4-Professional reflection and learning to improve practice

20
The LDM Training course is tough to work on at
first, but as the course progresses, I gradually
realize the actual meaning of it, and it helps me
analyze myself in terms of how I respond to
teaching and learning throughout this
epidemic. Despite the fact that I am not
completely prepared with this so-called
technology-based teaching. I understood that
as a teacher, I should be open to any changes
and attempt to adapt to whatever need there is
to educate students, particularly this new
typical method of teaching.
