Moderator/Emcee: Sir Glenn Bertillo
The program started with Philippine National Anthem conducted by Ma’am Michelle Bellen
followed by a prayer through audio visual presentation
Sir Gab proceeded right after, he introduced Ma’am France and Ma’am Jen Burce as JH
Coordinator and SH Coordinator respectively to have them present the teaching staffs followed
by a message from Sir Ramon Belgica.
Sir Belgica introduced himself to the parents as the new school head and orient the parents
about the new normal that we will adopt this school year 2020 – 2021
After the message Sir Gab commended Sir Ramon and request Ma’am Ai to present her Brigada
Eskwela Reports, she recalled past accomplishments announcing that the school won the 4 th
place and in 2018 our school grabbed the 3 rd place. We generated Php 88,000.00. She challenge
the parents and scheduled them ( Barangay Sulong parents and guardians), September 22, 2020,
Teusday P.M. the schedule is attached with grade level corresponding to designated areas
assigned for cleaning, mowing brushing etc.. Ma’am Ai reminded them to bring tabak or bolo for

lawn or grass cutting, then concluded with a challenge to support the Brigada Eskwela despite
the pandemic.
During the SLM Presentation of teachers per subject area
Filipino: Ma’am Rona
English: Ma’am Blancaflor
Math: Ma’am Cha
Responded to a question per teaching through neighborhood us if no ask the teacher
Sir Gab told the questions relayed during the program be accommodated on Open Forum,
Ma’am Jen inserted about the class program is right on schedule that should be followed as is
basis or with exclusivity for each part for example the schedule on Filipino during that hour
should be used wholly for Filipino, Engllsh or other subjects shall not be entertained at that
time.
Psychosocial Intervention by Ma’am Carla
A parent shared her experience in front of the audience about her struggles during the
pandemic.
Then Ma’am Carla discussed and did the inspiring talks on Psychosocial Support
Sir Belgica handled the Open Forum, informed about the Covid situation and the rationale of
pushing through of S.Y. 2020 – 2021
Sir had some barangay officials shared information to the parents, He instructed the Barangay of
Sulong and Napao to have drop boxes in their respective barangay hall
A parent asked about the schedule of module distribution and sir responded it is 8 am to 11 am
Then proceeded to voting who are in favor of coming to school or going to barangay hall for
module distribution
Parents from Barangay Sulong voted they will come to school to retrieve and receive modules.

3. Roundtable
Sir Ramon was formally introduced to the community
Barangay Sulong was informed of their schedule for Brigada Eskwela 2020
Barangay Sulong resolved to come to school for modular print distribution as scheduled
