1. You must disconnect and lock out the electrical supply before commencing any Electrical work on this
asset, unless directed differently in the instructions below.
2. All tools should have proper insulation. You are to ensure that proper personal protective equipment is worn
at all times.
3. Post appropriate "Maintenance in Progress" sign in front of the asset.

Maintenance Instructions: Yes No Fault

1. Record all the parameters
a) Chilled water inlet temperature deg c

b) Chilled water outlet temperature deg c

c) Air flow before filter L/S

e) Air flow after filter L/S

2. Check the temperature of the motor by physically

3. Check for any abnormal sound (Motor & Blower)
4. Check physically blower bearing temperature.
5. Check motor bearing noise by physically.
6. Check for any water leakage in the system.
7. Check all the fasteners by physically
8. Inspect Heater temperature in winter if applicable
9. Inspect blower motor AMPS.

Note: If values recorded are harmful to life or equipment contact supervisor / follow the Emrill escalation procedure
