Northwestern Energy is coming out with its annual “Hunk

of the Month”calendar, and the cover photo for 2022
happens to be Glasgow’s own Levi Sugg! Or, is it that
he is part of the Northwestern Energy crew that helps
putting up the Christmas tree on an annual basis? That’s
what was happening Monday afternoon in downtown
Glasgow. The tree, located at the Glasgow Police
Department (old National Guard Armory) was donated
by the City of Glasgow. And what a beautiful tree it
is. Glasgow Chamber’s Josh Sillerud and Northwest
Energy’s Steve Johnson, Keelan Taber and Levi Sugg
were the loggers for the day. Also with the assistance of
Northwestern Energy’s bucket truck, Lisa Koski already
strung the lights. Their fine crew was also hanging up
the local business Christmas decorations this week.

NOTICE TO VALLEY COUNTY TAXPAYERS
First half of 2021 Real Estate Taxes levied and assessed are due and payable
on or before 5 p.m. on November 30, 2021, or within 30 days after the tax notice is
postmarked, whichever is later and unless paid prior to that time the amount due
will be delinquent and will draw interest at the rate of 5/6 of 1% per month from
the time of delinquency until paid and 2% will be added to the delinquent tax as a
penalty. Taxes will be considered delinquent on Wednesday, December 1, 2021,
and will be charged penalty and interest.

Fundraising For Veteran’s Day
C & B Operations, a leading John Deere dealer
in Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho,
and Wyoming has partnered with Folds of Honor by
donating prizes to their sweepstakes which commenced
on Veterans Day (November 11th).
Folds of Honor is a nationwide non-profit
organization that provides educational assistance to
children, dependents and spouses of fallen or disabled
service members. As part of the Folds of Honor
sweepstakes running until December 19, 2021, C & B
