1.0 - Meet with staff to introduce tablet rollout
1.1 Create project charter ( identify scope and goals)
1.1- Research tablet brand and compatibility
1.2- Determine the total number of tablets that are needed.
1.3- Request pricing and quoatation from qualified vendors
1.4- Request tablet demo and end users guides
1.5- Select vendor and purchase tablet from allocated budget
1.6- Track tablet shipment and delivery status
1.7- Upon arrival verify tablets are secure and in good condition

M2 - MEETING
2.1- Schedule meeting with GM and staff to introduce tablet rollout
2.2- Provide staff with satisfaction survey to fill at the end of the meet
2.3- Review survey results and confirm high satisfaction level
2.4- Have a brief question and answer session

M3-TABLET INSTALLATION AND INTEGRATION


3.1- Schedule an electrician for tablet charging station installations
3.2- Test tablet for Point of Sale integration compatibility

M5-CONFIGERATION OF TABLET AND MENU


4.1- Verify menu and coupons mock-ups
4.2- Upload menu with approiate coupons

M5- COMPLETE TRAINING


5.1- Create a comprehensive training plan
5.2- Schedule training for Managers and Senior staffs
5.3- Schedule training for waitstaff at downtown location
