Subject: Decision needed to make delivery on time

Hi Steve, Anna, Peter and Jake,

Hope you’re doing fine. My name is Roman and I've been managing the Plant Pals project.

I’d like to inform you that the project is doing fine but after testing the project we found a few
problems. The main issue is that we don’t have enough delivery drivers to deliver on time. So far,
the drivers have delivered only 80% of the plants successfully. And we need to keep the on-time
delivery rate at least 90% to avoid sending the next batch out late. Moreover, customer
satisfaction has suffered, and some customers have already canceled their subscriptions.

A delay could create even more issues—setting back the project timeline, risking product quality,
project failure and hurting revenue.

Out team came up with two possible solutions:

- To hire contractors to delivery the plants (we’ve already outsourced three contractors)
- To hire more drivers directly by Office Green HR

I propose for this time being in order to keep up with time, we hire the contractors right away.

Are you available for a meeting tomorrow morning to discuss next steps?
Looking forward to hear from you

Thanks in advance for considerations and insight

Office Green Project Manager
