Subject: [Action required] Increasing delivery rate – Plant Pals

Hello team,

Thank you for all the hard work you have done so far for the Plant Pals project. The team has
begun sending out test shipments to customers and installed software to manage incoming
orders before the official launch.

However, during the exercise we do not have enough drivers to deliver all of the orders. The
drivers have delivered 80% of the plants successfully which have affected customer
satisfaction and some of them have already canceled their subscriptions. If this continues, it
would create more issues including setting back of project timeline, risking product quality and
hurting income.

What we can do to improve the delivery rates are to hire more drivers and streamlining the
delivery route.

I would like to schedule a meeting , to discuss the recommendations mentioned above.
