Subject: [ACTION REQUIRED] Plant Pals Project-Delivery Risk

Hi everyone!

I hope all has been well. As many of you may know I am Tashianna and I have the Project
Manager on the Plant Pals Project.

I wanted to send some communication out to the team about the progress of the project. The
deliveries of plant pals is running behind schedule because we don’t have enough delivery
drivers to deliver all the orders on time. So far there has only been about 80% of the plant
pals delivered successfully. The result of this is causing the customer satisfaction to decrease
and we have already had some customers cancel their subscription.
Continuing at this rate could set back the project timeline, risking product quality, and hurting
revenue.

I have done research and have found 3 back up delivery companies that all have great
reviews. By switching to a different company can help us get back on track with on-time
deliveries and can help our customer satisfaction begin to increase. I think it is important for
us to have a meeting as soon as possible to discuss our options. Can you let me know some
days and times that work best you?

Once I get some dates and times that work best for everyone, I will send out a calendar invite.
