Subject: Decision needed to make progress in Plant Pal Launch

Dear Steakholders,

I hope you are doing well. As you may know, I have been managing our test launch of Plant
Pal which is scheduled to launch in the upcoming weeks.

I would like to bring an issue to your attention. We encountered that we don't have enough
drivers to deliver 100% of our plants. For now, just 80% can be delivered but we need at
least 90% for not delivering the next batch too late, again.

That led to dropping customer satisfaction and even canceling of subscriptions.

A delay could even create more problems such as setting back the project timeline,
risking product quality, and hurting revenue

In speaking with the HR specialist, we definitely need to hire more drivers to not run out of
them. Also, we need to give away some coupons for some clients. At least they would keep
the subscription and we could win over some new clients. Giving away some stuff for free
would be a help, too.
