Subject: [Action Required] Ideas to increase the on-time delivery rate to prevent low
customer satisfaction

Dear stakeholders,
I am Samara, a project manager at Office Green. I hope you are having a great day. It is my
pleasure to let you know that the team has already installed the software to manage
incoming orders and begun sending out test shipments to customers. The purpose of
this email is to ideate some solutions for improving the on-time delivery rate to prevent low
customer satisfaction which could negatively impact the results of the project. One major
issue is that we don’t have enough drivers to deliver all of the orders on time. Customer
satisfaction has suffered, and some customers have already canceled their subscriptions.
One idea to solve this is to hire more drivers from a third-party source to increase customer
satisfaction/ delivery rate. I would like to request your approval of this decision before
carrying on with its implementation.
