Subject: Decision required about delivery rates increase to keep Project Plant Palson

Dear All,

I hope this email finds all of you well. My name is PM and I am the project manager of Plant
Pals project, which is scheduled to launch next month.

While in testing phase, we encountered a problem with plants delivery rates to customers
which is around 80%. Customer satisfaction has suffered and some customers already
canceled their subscriptions.

The on-time delivery rate should be raised to at least 90% to avoid sending the next batch out
late. A delay could create more issues like setting back the project timeline, risking product
quality and hurting revenue.

To avoid losing customers I would like to propose delivering a free round of new plants as
compensation and to increase the delivery rate we should hire more drivers from X company
with has a 5-star rating of delivering goods on-time.
