1. Start gathering MOVs at the beginning of the school year.

2. Have a list of all achievable MOVs for easy gathering and collection. (soft or
hard copy)

3. Review acquired MOVs from time to time, to check what are the lacking
MOVs to be gather.

4. Asked help to the school head in gathering and collecting MOVs to be guided,
also to received suggestions.
