Description of the Thru Division Memorandum #565 s. 2021, SDO Pampanga
Activity announced the administration of pre-assessment in all learning
areas for all grade levels on December 14-17, 2021 in platforms
appropriate and accessible to the contextof learners to be assessed
whether through printed paper and pencil test or online platform
through Google forms with strict observance on guidelines on
assessment and adherence to academic honesty. But due to the
limitations on the preparations of the schools in the printing of
assessment tools, the Division Office extends the date of the
administration of pre-assessment until the 1st week of January 2022
to give ample time for teachers enjoy their holiday break (Division
Memorandum #572, s. 2021).
Assessment tools were being accessed through the Assessment
Links provided by the Division Office thru the school heads.
Objectives 1. Identify the performance level of the learners in the
competencies they ought to acquire and master to facilitate
instruction and interventions for effective learning delivery.
2. Use the results as empirical data for research and innovation
for policy recommendation.
Outputs All Gr 8 learners took the pre-assessment in FILIPINO
