RESOLUTION NO. 2022-005

A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE ON FINANCE, BUDGET

AND APPROPRIATIONS AND APPROVING ITS RECOMMENDATION DECLARING VALID
AND OPERATIVE IN ITS ENTIRETY THE SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 FOR THE FY
2021 OF BARANGAYS ANILAWAN AND PINAOPAWAN, IGBARAS, ILOILO

WHEREAS, the Supplemental Budget No. 1 for the FY 2021 of the above-mentioned
barangays presented have complied with the budgetary requirements and its general limitation
with the pertinent provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991 and its implementing
circulars and other issuances are consistent with other applicable laws, rules and regulations;
WHEREAS, Section 321 of the Local Government Code and Article 417 of its IRR as
amended by Administrative Order No. 47 s. 1993, provides that the LGUs shall effect changes
in their annual budgets through supplemental budgets;
WHEREAS, Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2021 of Barangay Anilawan amounting to
Php 64,554.85 and Pinaopawan amounting to Php 48,000.00 were submitted to this
Sanggunian for review pursuant to the provision of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 7160;
NOW, THEREFORE, upon motion of Hon. Ferdinand E. Esmejarda and duly seconded
by Hon. Jose Ma. Nelson G. Escanlar and Hon. Jose Edmund G. Esporas,
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to adopt the report of the Committee on
Finance, Budget and Appropriations and approve its recommendation declaring valid and
operative in its entirety the Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY 2021 of Anilawan and Pinaopawan,
Igbaras, Iloilo.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this Resolution to the Sangguniang
Barangay of the above-mentioned barangays and all concerned for their information and
guidance.

ADOPTED.
I hereby certify to the correctness of the foregoing resolution that was duly adopted by
the Sangguniang Bayan during its regular session held on January 10, 2022.
