WEEKLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

On-The-Job Training/Field Practice

This is to certify that the undersigned Rodrigo R. Domingo Jr. has performed the
specified task listed below:

Specific Activities/Outputs accomplished and delivered Number of

Date/s Hours
On the first day of the On-The-Job-Training, we were
assigned between different areas which require the expertise
as well as services of the Plumbing team. I was assigned on
the Warner Building. The building is currently in repair since it
was burned. The team led by Sir Arjay is tasked to repair as
well as install new pipes for the water source in each of the
room in the building.
The first thing we did was we remove parts of the floor as well
as the walls so that we could install new pipes. Since it was a
repair thus holes must be made in order to install the new

pipes as well as getting rid of the old ones. 8

Then Sir Arjay has given us a tour as well as a lecture about
the proper usage of pipe fittings. One example is that the
fitting must match the flow of water so that the pipe will not be
clogged, this is in the case of a sewer line. Then we were
taught the different uses of each fitting. An example is to use
a Y tee for the sewer line so that when there is a clogged
somewhere in the pipe, it can be easily unclogged.
The rest of the day was just removing off parts of the cement
in the floors and walls in preparation for the installation of a
new water line in the building.
