9. Ang lugar ng trabaho ay maaring maiba kung ang EMPLOYER ay lumipat ng ibang
opisina, lugar ng negosyo o lugar ng proyekto at kung mangyari man ito ang
PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE ay pumapayag na ilipat o maipadala sa ibang lugar;
12. Sa paggawa ng kanyang trabaho lakip dito bilang ANNEX “C” (Job Description),
ang PROBATIONARY EMPLOYEE ay idadaan sa buwanang pagsusuri upang
malaman ang kanyang kapasidad kung siya ba ay pumasa bilang isang regular o
permanenteng empleyado.
15. Ang “cut-off” period ay ang na palugit na kung saan hindi isasama sa paparating na
araw ng sahod ang ilang araw upang mabigyan ng panahon ang EMPLOYER na i-
proseso ang mga sahod ng empleyado. Para sa ika-15 na sahod, ito ay babayaran base
sa ipinasok na araw mula ika-21st nang nakaraang buwan hanggang ika-5 ng
kasalukuyan buwan lamang. Habang ang sahod para sa ika-30 o ika-31, depende sa
kung anong buwan, ay babayaran base sa ipinasok na araw hanggang ika-6 hanggang
ika-20 ng buwan lamang;
22. Ang kontratang ito at ang mga nakalakip na dokumento o Annexes ay bumubuo ng
lahat ng napagkasunduan sa pagitan ng partido na magiging obligasyon ng bawat
partido maging ng kanilang mga tagapagmana o ang sinumang maaring magpatakbo
ng kompanya.
23. Ang lahat ng mga nakasaad dito at ang mga naka annex sa kontratang ito ay
pinaliwanag ng mabuti sa empleyado sa wika na naiintindihan niya at ang empleyado
ay kusang loob na pumirma dahil sa kanyang pagtanggap sa mga alituntunin ng
kontratang ito.
