Extra bed Surcharge are applied on contract rate and Breakfast Surcharge for Children:

 Người lớn hoặc trẻ em từ 12 tuổi trở lên: VND 1,260,000/giường/đêm, bao gồm ăn sáng
Adult or children from 12 years old and up: VND 1,260,000/bed/night, including breakfast
 Trẻ em dưới 12 tuổi: VND 1,030,000/giường/đêm, bao gồm ăn sáng,
Children under 12 years old: VND 1,030,000/bed/night, including breakfast
 Trẻ em từ 6 tới dưới 12 tuổi dùng chung giường với bố mẹ, phụ thu ăn sáng VND203.000/trẻ
01 child from 6 to under 12 years old sharing existing bed with parents, breakfast surcharge at VND203,000/child is applied

4. If the rates are to be published or promoted by the business partner to potential clients, a minimum ten percent (10%)
mark-up must be applied on the rates.
Trong trường hợp mức giá được đối tác kinh doanh công bố hoặc tiếp thị tới các khách hàng tiềm năng, phải tính tăng thêm
tối thiểu mười phần trăm (10%) vào giá phòng.
