Objectives 1. To orient parents/guardians on the guidelines on the opening of the limited face- to-face classes. 2. To allow parents/guardians to decide on allowing their children to attend. Highlights The teacher explained the guidelines and the activities that will transpire on the opening of the limited face-to-face classes. Queries were raised and were clarified by the teacher adviser. RESULTS Achievement of Objectives 1. The teacher was able to explain the guidelines and the queries of the parents/guardians. 2. Parents/guardians signed the parental consent and waiver for students who will join the limited face to face classes. Parents/guardians who chose not to let their children attend gave also signed and gave their reasons.
