Documentation for manuals, O & M manuals, training, as‐built 1
drawings and statutory building completion certificates 1
Dry out the works during construction; maintain the level of 1
humidity of the works as necessary for the proper incorporation
of materials
Keep the site clear of rubbish; housekeeping; removal of
protective casings and coverings, and clean the works at
completion to the satisfaction of the Engineer
Environmental protection including control the level of noise and
pollution
Maintain all existing services under, over or adjacent to the site
Possession of the site
Remove / protect all existing services within the confines of
the site as required
Temporary service connections
Fulfil all statutory obligations
All and any off‐site inspection as per the Contract
