Task Objective:
Make a Sample Fitness Plan using the FITT Formula.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare a fitness plan using the template below.
2. Start by creating your fitness goal.
3. For mastery and application of knowledge, fill up the table that applies the FITT
Formula. It may not be your goal but you are just to fill it up as a sample fitness plan.
4. This is included in your class standing.
