part of leading a healthy lifestyle. Combined with physical activity, your diet can help you to
reach and maintain a healthy weight, reduce your risk of chronic diseases (like heart disease and
cancer), and promote your overall health.
2. Why is stress management important to health?
Preventing and managing long-term stress can lower your risk for other conditions —
like heart disease, obesity, high blood pressure, and depression. You can prevent or reduce stress

helps in breaking the hold which stress has on our lives. Moreover, you can also become happy,

response to a challenging event. It's a normal part of everyone's life.
