Activity
Let the class perform the dance exercise following the video clip
*Divide the class into 2 - Male & Female
*Boys first do the dance exercise and followed by the girls
*Give them a minute to do the task assigned to them
Analysis
1.How do you find the exercises?
2.Did you get tired while performing the Zumba dance?
3.What is the common counting in your dance performance?
4.What fitness component being develop in performing Zumba?

Abstraction

1. What are the benefits in performing Zumba?


2.Do you agree, in participating recreational activity like zumba
dance is one way to prevent the use of prohibited drugs?
3. How can you influence your community in improving its fitness through Zumba
dancing?

*Let the class proceed to their assigned group and do the task given to them
*make a moves or steps and do this with music
*give them 5 minutes to do the task
*give them rubrics for them to use as guide in giving rate in their group
performance
