Description and photos of progress completed during this reported period:

a. Engineering: Bill of Material is completed 27%.

b. Material Procurement:

Major components

- Under Progressing production fitting

- ready to process production (spool)
- some item has hold to lining, waiting for dimension approve from IKPT’s Licensors
- PTFE Lining parallel from approved fitting and spool
 c. Material Delivery:

The delivery will be slippage cause there some changes pipe length. Estimated on 21 Dec 2022

d. Fabrication:

- Start production on 01 Aug 2022 for (PTFE Lining Spool)

- Most of the items are still waiting for approval, the rest are already in production. there is a
spool that has been produced but the lining process is still waiting for approval because
there is a change in length
- Fitting and other product will be produce after revised drawing approved
- On 15 August 2022, we have returned GA Drawing with document number 4EXP-V-500-
139-01-003 Revision 2. Those are some hold item to produce and changed dimension. We
need to extend time for following the comment within manufacturing

e. Inspection & testing:

- Will be process after Production step finished for all

f. Painting & Final Packaging:

Outstanding issues:

a. Waiting more drawing revision approval

b. Fitting and another component waiting approval to started production
c. The manufacture is under produce Pipe Spool
d. The spool production process was delayed for several days while waiting for approval for the
spool length. Some of the spools that have been approved will be processed further. For spools
that have previously been approved but there are long changes, they will be implemented
immediately but require additional time.
e. The fitting production is under progressing
f. Half quantity of the spool has been lined
