Customer complain areas:-

 Suction Tube Chocking issue.
 Separator cut issue.
 Carrier belt got damaged of basket type tube loader in machine no. 1
 Proper RYC cleaning procedure required for Lycra process as same is not possible to do with supllied
gauge.
 Higher ipi LMW m/c in 20s KWCSY compare to KTTM RXI 240.

Work done & Action plan:

 For suction tube we have taken the matter with LMW, further our observation was that the suction tubes
which are having any deformation at its mouth, is only leading to suction tube chocking. To insure the
same we had fixed a new set of suction tube at LHS side of mills m/c no. 5 on 17/5/18 and observed for a
week and found the chocking tendency at the LHS side was negligible. We are Awaiting the solution from
LMW.
 There were total 393 separator which were having the cut, FOC replacement for the same was organised.
The docket no. is 334938866 via TCI Express. Despatched on 22 may 18.
 We have raised the report for the belt damaged issue. Awaiting the Solution from LMW.
 We are working on the quality issues, we will update with the positive results.
 For RYC cleaning procedure, we have raised the report, we will update soon.

 We request to complete the H-plant work for the 2nd phase machineries as the amount of fly in the dept.

 We request to follow the maintenance and Running in schedule for the better machine performance.
 A list of spare parts was handed over to the customer we suggest to procure the same.
