 don’t worry about their presents they are only here to oversee the conduct of the
assessment and to check if its accordance with prescribed competency assessment
methodology and procedures.

 I have here with me your accomplished application form and self-assessment guide, this is
an indication that you know and can perform fully competency in shielded metal arc welding
nc II

 Today im going to administer your competencies assessment in smaw nc II. The qualification
of this assessment is composed of basic, common and core competency. The core
competency that will be performed todays in smaw nc II is weld carbon steel plate and pipes
using smaw.

 The purpose of this assessment is to determine the level of your competency and for
issuance of national certificate of NC II issued by tesda.

 The validity of this license or cert. is 5 years.

 To determine your knowledge and skills competency assessment, our assessment methods
to be use will be written exam, demonstration and oral questioning.

 There will be two assessment result named competent and not yet competent. If competent
you can get your NC II after 5 working days at tesda office. Just bring your competency
assessment result summary ( CARS ) with passport size picture, with collar and white
background and 50 pesos for processing fee.

 For not competent you are qualified to reassessment just go to nearest assessment center
anytime.

 Incase if you have some question regarding the assessment you have the right to appeal.
You can submit it to the tesda provincial office.
 For your personal needs, our restroom is located at the end of the hall way, also you may
take your meal in our canteen located near the lobby, however, during the assessment your
are not allowed to leave the assessment.

 For Do’s and Don’t, only me and ACAC manager and tesda representative are allow inside
the assessment venue to ensure confidentiality if the assessment process and result.

 Please observe safety measure and wear your PPE in all time
