Oil viscosity below standard. Fuel 5%. Fe Oxidation and PQ at high level. Soot at medium level. possible from wear of on
pump cylinder liners valve trains. Improper combustion. Check valve mechanism oil pressure and unusual noise. Check
turbocharger bearing condition. Inspect air induction system from leaking. Check fuel system malfucntion. Check engine
Operating Temperature. Ensure injectors function correctly. Resample when hours on oil reach 100 hours to monitor.cut
open filter and inspect for large particles. (Febri)

High Iron, soot, Debris, fuel dilution

1. Cek Adanya Abnormal pada performa Engine
2. Cek Abnormal pada Asap Muffler
3. Cutting Filter Engine
4. Resample Oli, GANTI OLI & FLUSHING komponen
5. cek Air cleaner
6. cek ada kebocoran air intake system
NOTE: bila sudah dekat PS, sekalian DIEKSEKUSI SAAT PS
