AFFIDAVIT OF CONFORMITY
We, the HEIRS OF FELICIANA BALICTAN DORIANO, namely:
MARCELO B. DORIANO, married; JEROME B. DORIANO, single; THELMA D.
PALAYAO, married; LEA D. MORALES, married; LANI D. CALSI, married;
TAIRON B. DORIANO, single; GIRLIE D. ANGYA-ON, married; and AARON B.
DORIANO, married; all of legal age, Filipino Citizens and residents of Camp
Dangwa and Bahong, La Trinidad, Benguet, Philippines after having been duly
sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and state under oath the
following:

1. That we are the co-owners of a certain parcel of land located at Barangay

Takian, La Trinidad, Benguet, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND
FIVE HUNDRED SIX (2,506) SQUARE METERS covered and embraced by
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE No. T-016-2017001658;

2. That we have agreed to partition/subdivide it into ten (10) lots;

3. That we here confirm and affirm the subdivision of the lot for its approval
and issuance of separate titles thereafter for easy maintenance of taxes;

4. That there is no conflict or protest on the corners and boundary

descriptions of the prepared, executed and submitted subdivision plan;

5. That we are executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of all the
foregoing facts and to support the approval of the subdivision to be
submitted with the LMS-DENR-CAR offices concerned and for all legal
intents and purposes that it may serve.
