• Equipment : Equipment is technical object that contains unique combination of
Part and Serial Number.
• SWIFT : GMF maintenance information system (with platform SAP ECC
6.0).
• Transaction Code (T-Code) : Standard transaction in SWIFT to do desirable activity.
• GA : Garuda Fleet and Citilink Fleet

3.2 Requirement

3.3 Responsibility
Aircraft Data Group is responsible to create, change and deactivate equipment.

3.4 Procedures

3.4.1 Flow Process for create Equipment

a) JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 receive Request Email to create Equipment.
b) JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 review this request and check if serial number requested already available in the
system. JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 check similarity with other Serial Number in system
c) JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 check serial number exist with part number variant
d) If SN not exist JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 will create Serial Number with category R (GA Rotable) for GA owned
Serial number and category C (Third Party Equipment) for non-GA Serial Number with T-Code IE01.
e) If SN exist JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 inform requester to use the exist equipment

3.4.2 Flow Process for change Equipment

a) JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 receive Request Email to change Equipment.
b) JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 review this request and check the completeness of document before change
equipment.
c) JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 will change equipment based on request.

3.4.3 Flow Process for deactivate Equipment

a) JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 receive Request Email to deactivate Equipment
b) JKTTED-1/JKTTED-3 will change status to “Inactive” and “Deletion Flag” for this equipment using T-Code
IE02
