1.1Shall have identification marking or accompanying Material Test C H/R R

Certificate (MTC) or Mill Certificate (MC)

1.2 Material shall be traceable to the corresponding MTC or MC C H/R R

1.3 Shall be properly marked/color coded for easy identification

1.4 All materials shall be free from injurious surface defects, distortions, C H/R R

etc.

1.5 Material specifications, sizes, schedules, ratings shall conform to C C R

approved project specifications.

2.1 Surface preparation shall meet the requirement stated in project D/C C W/R

specification.

2.2 Protective coating (primer) shall be as per painting specification C C W/R

as based on service line.

2.3 Surface preparation and coating shall not be undertaken when D/C C W/R

there is a likelihood of a change in weather conditions within 4 hours

of the application which would result in air temperature below the

specified or will cause deposition of moisture on the surface.

2.4 Shall be prime coated and dry film thickness meet the D/C C W/R

requirements stated in the specification.
