RON CAMPAVILLAy Dela Cruz, 42 years old, married and a resident

ofPaligueBagnagaDavao del Norte,personally appeared at this station and requested
toput on record that on or about 9:00 PM November 24, 2023 while he was about to
enter his house, he noticed movement in their family car, where he caught his wife
Ella Campavilla and their family driver, Paulo Avelino, making out, with his wife partially
undressed. He dragged Avelino out of the car were an altercation ensued, where
Avelino inflicted physical injuries upon him. After which, our personnel arrived and
brought Avelino to this station.
