Objectives  Students will understand the concept of appositives, differentiate between essential and
nonessential appositives, and apply proper punctuation for clarity in sentence construction.

 Students will be able to finish their workbooks until page 44 or 50 if possible


 Students will explore how appositives can function as subjects, objects, or complements in a
sentence.
