PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
SPINTROL H NORMAL or PATHOLOGIC is a human lyophilised serum.
With most constituent concentrations and activities in the normal or pathologic range. It’s
intended for control of accuracy for use with manual and automated analytical procedures.
REAGENTS
Human serum. Biological additives. Bacteriostatics agents.The concentration/ activities
of the components are lot-specific. The exact values and ranges valid for reagents are
given informational purpose in the value sheet.
PRECAUTIONS
The individual units comprising lot or lots of components from human origin, have
been tested for HBsAg and antibodies to HIV and HCV found negative / non reactive
by an FDA approved test.
However, handle cautiously as potentially infectious.
PREPARATION
-Reconstitute (→) with 5,0 mL of distilled water.
-Mix thoroughly, avoiding foam forming.
-Bring to room temperature for about 30 min. before use.
Improper handing and/or storage can affect results. Inaccurate reconstitution and errors
in assay technique can cause erroneous results.
STORAGE AND STABILITY
The Control serum is stable until the expiration date on the label when stored tightly
closed at 2-8ºC and contaminations are prevented during their use. Do not use
reagents over the expiration date or if there is visible evidence of microbial grown.
Store tightly capped when not use.
-After reconstitution is stable for:
At 15ºC to 25ºC 12 hours. At 2ºC to 8ºC 5 days. At -25ºC to -15ºC 28 days (when frozen once).
-Bilirubin and Acid Phosphatase (stored protected from light):
At 15ºC to 25ºC 8 hours. At 2ºC to 8ºC 24 hours. At -25ºC to -15ºC 2 weeks (when frozen once).
-ALT:
At 15ºC to 25ºC 12 hours. At 2ºC to 8ºC 5 days. At -25ºC to -15ºC 2 weeks (when frozen once).

ĐẶC TÍNH SẢN PHẨM

SPINTROL H NORMAL hoặc PATHOLOGIC là một loại huyết thanh của người đã được đông khô.
Với tất cả các nồng độ thành phần và các hoạt tính trong giới hạn bình thường và bệnh lý. Nó được
thiết kế để kiểm soát độ chính xác của thiết bị phân tích sinh hóa tự động và bán tự động.

HÓA CHẤT
Huyết thanh người. Phụ gia sinh học. Tác nhân diệt khuẩn.
Nồng độ / hoạt tính của các thành phần này là rất cụ thể. Các giá trị chuẩn và giới hạn cho phép của
các hóa chất được ghi đầy đủ trong bảng giá trị kèm theo.

THẬN TRỌNG
Các thành phần này có nguồn gốc từ người đã được kiểm tra và tìm thấy âm tính với HBsAg, HCV và
kháng thể HIV (1/2). Tuy nhiên phải thận trọng tránh lây nhiễm.

PHA CHẾ
• Pha loãng với 5 mL nước cất.
• Trộn đều, tránh tạo bọt
• Để ở nhiệt độ phòng khoảng 30 phút trước khi sử dụng
• Thao tác và lưu trữ không đúng cách có thể ảnh hưởng đến kết quả. Pha chế không đúng và sai
sót trong kỹ thuật xét nghiệm có thể gây ra kết quả sai.

LƯU TRỮ VÀ ỔN ĐỊNH

Khi chưa mở nắp: Mẫu huyết thanh chuẩn ổn định cho đến ngày hết hạn ghi trên nhãn khi được lưu
trữ ở 2 – 8oC và tránh nhiễm bẩn trong quá trình sử dụng . Không sử dụng thuốc thử khi đã hết hạn sử
dụng hoặc nếu nhìn thấy rõ ràng có vi sinh vật phát triển.

Độ ổn định sau khi pha:

• Lưu trữ ở 15 ~ 25oC: 12 giờ
• Lưu trữ ở 2 ~ 8oC: 5 ngày
• Lưu trữ ở -25 ~ -15oC: 1 tháng
Bilirubin (lưu trữ bảo vệ tránh ánh sáng):
• Lưu trữ ở 15 ~ 25oC: 4 ~ 8 giờ (Bilirubin toàn phần và trực tiếp)
• Lưu trữ ở 2 ~ 8oC: 8 ~ 24 giờ (Bilirubin toàn phần và trực tiếp)
• Lưu trữ ở -25 ~ -15oC: 2 tuần
Acid phosphatase:
• Lưu trữ ở 15 ~ 25oC: 4 giờ
• Lưu trữ ở 2 ~ 8oC: 1 ngày
• Lưu trữ ở -25 ~ -15oC: 2 tuần
